Job summary

Tecomet is seeking a Site Controller in Manchester, NH to lead finance operations for two sites and partner with site directors on the annual operating plan. You will provide value-added analysis to local leadership and drive continuous improvement in the finance function.

The role requires integrity, accountability, and the ability to manage a team and deadlines while aligning with Tecomet’s performance metrics and customer-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience, at least 3 in manufacturing.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong proficiency in US GAAP and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Analyze financial information and performance metrics to support decisions.
• Oversee monthly close process, drive efficiency and automation.
• Manage spend reporting and cost improvement opportunities.
• Conduct inventory analytics and evaluate capital deployment.
• Partner with site directors and local leadership to optimize capital deployment for growth and ROI.
• Review labor and overhead rates for inventory valuation andquoting efforts.
• Support S&OP efforts across functions.
• Coordinate with external auditors on site audits.
