Job summary

Mersen is hiring a Site Controller to manage accounting, reporting, finance, tax, and audit activities at the Topton site. You will supervise financial staff, enforce group policies, and act as project lead when required.

The role requires a CA/BA with five years in accounting management, strong Excel skills, and GAAP knowledge, preferably with manufacturing exposure. Onsite position with competitive benefits and salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business management; MBA preferred.
• Minimum five years in accounting management.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong Excel proficiency and worksheet functionality.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred; GAAP knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial functions at the site.
• Lead projects as required.
• Prepare budgets, plans, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing.
• Review CAPEX plans and manage fixed assets; assess ROI and ROA.
• Ensure legal and group policy adherence; handle entity filings and taxes.
• Monitor working capital; report monthly P&L to site management.
• Supervise accounting, cash management and control activities.
