Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) seeks a Manufacturing/Shop Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing, warehouse, and production support within the Transportation Systems Division.

Candidates should have 5+ years in manufacturing with at least 3 years in supervision, driving safety, quality, and productivity while fostering employee development. Responsibilities include scheduling, supervising teams, and supporting lean initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• 5+ years in manufacturing/production environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience supporting product flow, process improvement, warehousing, inventory management, or materials handling operations.

Mansioni

• Lead daily manufacturing, assembly, testing, warehouse, and material handling activities.
• Develop weekly work schedules and assign resources to meet production and customer requirements.
• Review production documentation and coordinate work assignments to support operational goals.
• Ensure shop areas, equipment, and workspaces are maintained in a safe and organized manner.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production and warehouse personnel.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and address employee concerns.
• Support training, certification programs, cross-training, and workforce development initiatives.
• Participate in hiring activities and support staffing decisions.
