Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Experience supporting product flow, process improvement, warehousing, inventory management, or materials handling operations.
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing, assembly, testing, warehouse, and material handling activities.
- Develop weekly work schedules and assign resources to meet production and customer requirements.
- Review production documentation and coordinate work assignments to support operational goals.
- Ensure shop areas, equipment, and workspaces are maintained in a safe and organized manner.
