Nikkiso Clean Energy and Industrial Gases seeks a seasoned Production Shop Manager to lead multiple production/fabrication teams, drive schedules, safety, and quality, and manage resources to meet KPI targets. The role collaborates with Safety, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Procurement to optimize production planning and change management.

Ideal candidates bring a decade of manufacturing leadership, strong ASME/B31 knowledge, and proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial or related engineering discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum ten years’ experience in manufacturing operations with five years of management experience.
• Knowledge of ASME B31.3, B31.3 Process Piping and B31 Pressure Vessel requirements.
• Familiarity with P&ID and fabrication drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MRP/ERP software and project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide effective team leadership during change and ramp-up.
• Direct production activities in a manufacturing/assembly environment to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate cost performance, capital investments, and waste reduction via Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Build and mentor a high-performing production team with a clear vision.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Influence adoption of best practices across manufacturing.
