Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases seeks a Vice President Operations to lead global fabrication centers, oversee manufacturing operations, safety, quality, and on-time delivery while sponsoring lean initiatives.

Reporting to the Business Unit President, this role drives profitability, data-driven decisions, supply chain optimization, and a culture of customer service and global teamwork across our cryogenic product lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years in industrial equipment fabrication with P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading multiple production facilities domestically and internationally.
• Strong safety and quality systems focus.
• Excellent written and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global fabrication centers; manage production, safety, quality and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Project Management to optimize capacity.
• Develop manufacturing process plans, budgets, and cost controls.
• Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement across centers.
• Strategically optimize supply chain and vendor relationships.
