Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing to lead global fabrication centers and drive operational excellence. You will oversee safety, quality, on-time delivery, and lean initiatives while shaping global production strategy and supplier relationships.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience in industrial fabrication, multi-site leadership, and strong P&L capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in engineering, engineering management, or operations management.
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience managing industrial equipment fabrication; including P&L responsibility, meeting project budgets, and schedule commitments.
• High regard for quality and safety systems; ability to manage a team of safety and quality experts.
• Experience operating multiple production facilities, domestically and internationally is preferred.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain operations and experience developing a robust program to manage vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Global operational responsibility for fabrication centers, including metal fabrication and welding.
• Review rationalization of global manufactured products and advise leadership on manufacturing strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Project Management to manage/optimize capacity, budgets, and schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Establish production standards, budgets, and use strategic data for delivery date planning.
• Develop and execute manufacturing process plans including safety, procurement, and tooling.
• Coordinate manufacturing with other functions and suppliers to optimize utilization.
• Explore localization and strategic partnerships to optimize supply chain.
