Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing, industrial or related engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum ten years’ experience in manufacturing operations with at least five years in management.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, GMP, 5S and Kaizen principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective team leadership during times of change and production ramp up.
• Oversee production activities in a high precision manufacturing environment to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Drive KPI’s across production/assembly areas and coordinate with Safety, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance.
