Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is hiring a Vice President Operations to lead global fabrication centers, oversee manufacturing operations, and manage supply chain, safety, quality, and on-time delivery while sponsoring lean initiatives.

Reporting to the Business Unit President, the role requires a strategic, data-driven mindset to ensure consistency, efficiency, and repeatable results across the organization, with a strong focus on customer service and global teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience managing industrial equipment fabrication with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in safety and quality systems.
• Experience operating multiple production facilities domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Global operational responsibility for fabrication centers including metal fabrication and welding.
• Rationalize global manufactured products and advise on manufacturing strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and PM to optimize capacity, budgets and schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs through process improvements and safety measures.
• Develop production standards, budgets, and cost controls with data-driven insights.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities across functions and suppliers for optimal utilization.
• Explore supply chain localization and strategic agreements to leverage economies of scale.
