Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Towanda, PA to lead production activities on an assigned shift, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. You will supervise operators, coordinate tasks, and support problem-solving on the floor.

The ideal candidate will guide teams, monitor line performance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining accurate shift documentation and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team supervision experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and manage performance on the production floor.
• Solid understanding of safety rules, PPE, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience monitoring line throughput, downtime, and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct production employees during the assigned shift.
• Monitor performance, staffing levels, and task assignments.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members.
• Conduct shift huddles and clearly communicate goals and priorities.
• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues fairly and promptly.
• Enforce safety rules, PPE, and lockout/tagout procedures.
