Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead production during the assigned shift, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. You will supervise operators, troubleshoot on the floor, and maintain inter-shift communication to keep lines running smoothly.

This role requires standing, bending, and working around heavy equipment in an industrial setting; you will enforce PPE, SOPs, and drive continuous improvements with Lean practices.
