Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have 3–5 years in shipping/logistics or related field with supervisory experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environments; ERP familiarity essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead shipping personnel across multiple shifts and ensure staffing coverage.
- Coordinate daily truck scheduling, carrier pickups, and delivery requirements.
- Maintain and review Bills of Lading, packing slips, ASNs, and load sheets.
- Resolve shipping delays and issues to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Promote safety compliance and enforce PPE, forklift, and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and costs.
