You will drive daily operations and partner with engineering, maintenance, and planning to sustain production performance. The role requires a Bachelor's in a technical or business field and 5+ years of manufacturing leadership, with a track record of managing metrics across safety, quality, cost, and delivery,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership progression.
• Direct people management experience with both salaried and non-exempt employees.
• Proven track record measuring safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and manage production metrics.
• Coordinate with planning for weekly/monthly production plan and manage changeovers.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase OEE and reduce downtime.
• Develop and lead a team of front-line supervisors and hourly staff, ensuring safety and quality standards.
