Corning Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Leader to guide a group of front-line supervisors and hourly staff. You will own safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale metrics while coordinating with engineering and maintenance to meet production targets.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing leadership, Lean and Six Sigma, and collaboration across functions. MBA or advanced degree is highly valued, with a focus on optimizing performance and training talent.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with leadership progression.
• MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
• Certified Six Sigma DMAIC Green Belt or Lean capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage front-line supervisors and hourly associates.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale targets.
• Collaborate with planning, scheduling, engineering, and maintenance.
• Drive OEE improvements and setup time reductions.
• Oversee staffing plans and overtime management.
• Support equipment upgrades and new product introductions.
• Develop talent and implement development plans.
