Job summary

Elanco Technology Center, Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Senior Technical Services / Manufacturing Sciences Associate to advance lifecycle management, bioanalytical method optimization, and method transfers to global Quality Control labs.

You will collaborate across TS/MS, QC, and manufacturing sites to develop and validate ELISA and qPCR assays, ensure compliance with HSE, and drive process improvements through data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in microbiology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or related field.
• 2+ years of industry experience in bioanalytical techniques, cell culture, microbiology, or virology.
• Hands-on aseptic technique experience and proficiency with JMP for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ELISA- and qPCR-based assays for antigen quantification.
• Support investigations to enhance process understanding and document findings.
• Design experiments and perform root cause investigations and report results.
• Collaborate with TS/MS, Quality Control, and global manufacturing sites to validate and transfer methods.
• Ensure all laboratory work complies with development quality standards, regulatory guidelines, and HSE requirements.
