Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Senior Technical Services / Manufacturing Sciences Associate to drive CPV programs, support governance, and lead transfers and new product introductions. The role focuses on process robustness, manufacturing efficiency, cost improvements, and compliance across health authorities. Location is Indianapolis, Indiana with a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Science or Engineering.
• 7+ years in Pharmaceutical/Chemical Production, TS/MS, Drug Development, or QA.
• Proficiency in applied statistics for data analysis and process monitoring; strong technical writing and project management.

Responsibilities

• Champion CPV program using statistical tools to ensure process robustness and mitigate drifts.
• Drive technical productivity at contract manufacturers focusing on efficiency, cost, and gross margin.
• Support governance framework: change management, deviations, batch records, quality standards.
• Lead technical transfers and new product introductions with successful validation.
• Interface for cross-functional teams and represent TS/MS during audits and health authority inspections.
