Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a Manufacturing Controller/Scheduler to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document key milestone schedules for critical path construction projects. You will develop, maintain, and communicate schedules using MS Project and P6, ensuring alignment with procurement, design, and trades.

The role requires 5+ years in construction or project management, strong MS Office and BI skills, and the ability to report to multiple job sites on varying schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in construction or project management.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, practices, and operations.
• Experience in scheduling analysis and/or project management.
• Proficient in MS Project and/or P6.
• Experience designing and setting up ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Creates, documents, monitors, and analyzes schedules for manufacturing.
• Develops and manages schedules for daily, weekly, and monthly productions based on forecasts and capacity.
• Coordinates with operations and purchasing to align schedules with production needs.
• Monitors production progress and adjusts schedules to meet deadlines.
• Compiles reports on production progress, inventory levels, and production issues.
• Produces manpower tracking reports and future planning look‑aheads.
• Leads scheduling meetings to integrate activities using critical path methodology.
