Job summary

AVANTech, LLC is seeking a seasoned Scheduler to support traditional projects and custom manufacturing. The role focuses on developing and optimizing an integrated master schedule, aligning production with resources, and driving efficiency across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of scheduling success, strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, and the ability to manage changing priorities while maintaining schedule integrity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling experience in manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Experience developing a master schedule and integrated master schedule.
• Proven ability to collaborate with managers, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and techniques; capable of mitigating risks and constraints.
• Must be able to pass drug test, pre-employment physical and background check.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages an integrated master schedule for operations and projects.
• Collaborates with managers, department heads, and stakeholders to understand requirements and milestones.
• Identifies risks and conflicts; develops and implements mitigation plans.
• Regularly updates the master schedule with changes and adjustments.
• Lead meetings across teams to review production and bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
• continuously improves scheduling processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Coordinate with procurement and resource management to align production with resource allocation.
