Job summary

Skanska is seeking a Scheduling Manager in Atlanta to develop and maintain the program-wide schedule and financial reporting across projects. You will build the project CPM, analyze critical paths, and collaborate with engineers and project teams to refine schedules based on drawings and contracts.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in construction scheduling, strong Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel skills, and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology and standards.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel.
• 2+ years supporting claims evaluation and mitigation.
• 2+ years quantifying and analyzing critical path activities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience) + 7 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project CPM and schedules for projects in a specified region.
• Create schedules and financial management reports and analyze impacts.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine drafts and ensure schedule alignment.
• Read and interpret drawings, specs, and contracts related to schedule requirements.
