Job summary

Huron is seeking a Sr. Director Industry SME for Manufacturing to define PoVs and GTM plays leveraging deep manufacturing experience and Salesforce expertise.

You will work with Huron executives, the GTM and Technology teams, and Salesforce to create differentiated industry perspectives that drive revenue growth. You will present to C-level clients, guide delivery teams, and develop demonstrable assets and accelerators that translate PoVs into actionable sales strategies while measuring impact

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Manufacturing industry (preferred across Industrial, Automotive, Consumer Goods, or High Tech).
• Strong Salesforce experience, especially Manufacturing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills; able to engage C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Define Manufacturing GTM strategies aligned to market needs.
• Develop data-driven industry PoVs covering topics like digital supply chain, Industry 4.0, aftermarket services.
• Translate PoVs into actionable sales plays and enablement assets.
• Partner with Salesforce on GTM programs, events, and pipeline initiatives.
• Leverage client relationships to pursue opportunities in Manufacturing.
• Advise on CRM transformations and Salesforce solutions.
• Support proposals, client presentations, and executive briefings.
• Guide creation of assets and accelerators to bring GTM strategies to life.
• Measure impact on pipeline, sales, and client engagement.
