Job summary
Huron is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Salesforce Cloud implementation initiatives across Higher Education, Healthcare, Construction or Manufacturing domains. You will guide cross-functional teams through design, build, training and go-live, while ensuring client success and strong stakeholder alignment.
Travel is required; strong communication, analytical and project management skills are essential to deliver complex engagements and coach junior staff within a global consultancy environment.
Qualifications
- 5 years of related experience with Cloud implementation
- Experience as a Salesforce.com functional specialist
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and collaboration abilities
- Ability to train and develop Huron staff in project-management and technical dimensions
- Willingness to travel as necessary
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple project teams across locations and manage client deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks; manage budget and quality assurance
- Coach Analysts and Associates; participate in practice and business development initiatives
- Develop statements of work and manage change orders; oversee project economics
