Job summary

Huron is a global consultancy helping clients grow through strategy, digital, and cultural transformation. This Senior Manager role focuses on leading Salesforce cloud implementations in Higher Education, Healthcare, Construction, or Industrials sectors.

You will guide project teams across lifecycle stages, from planning to post-production support, while coaching analysts and managing budgets and risks. Travel is required as needed, with strong client communication throughout.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience with Cloud implementation
• Project implementation experience with Salesforce.com in Higher Education, Healthcare, Construction or Manufacturing and Industrials industries
• Experience as a functional application specialist
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written
• Ability to train and develop Huron staff in project-management and technical dimensions
• Ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
• Strong analytical skills translating meetings into shareable docs
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Lead team members and work with client teams through the full implementation lifecycle
• Plan, configure, design, build, convert, train, go-live and post-production support
• Manage engagement economics including financial forecast, burn rates and AR
• Develop statements of work and manage change orders
• Coach and mentor Analysts and Associates
• Foster client relationships at all levels and lead client meetings
