Job summary

Creo Group is seeking a Safety Specialist (Manufacturing Plant) in Sardis, MS to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across multiple facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires a minimum of five years of EHS experience, strong OSHA knowledge, RCA-led investigations, safety audits, and training delivery. On-site work with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of Environmental, Health, and Safety experience in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
• Experience leading incident investigations and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Experience performing safety audits, inspections, and workplace risk assessments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture across all facilities and partner with leadership.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and programs to reduce risk.
• Lead and participate in incident investigations and RCA.
• Coordinate safety incident response, documentation, and record retention.
• Deliver safety orientation and training programs for staff.
