Job summary

CREO Group is seeking a Safety Specialist at our Kissimmee, FL facility to develop and sustain proactive safety programs across multiple sites. You will partner with leadership and employees to minimize risk, ensure OSHA compliance, and drive continuous improvement through training, audits, and investigations.

The role requires 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or distribution, strong OSHA knowledge, incident investigations, and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regs and safety management systems.
• Experience leading incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Experience performing safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture with management and employees across facilities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Analyze safety metrics and trends to identify improvements.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses with effective corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety incident response, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Deliver safety orientation, training programs, toolbox talks, and educational materials.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and environmental health and safety requirements.
• Travel routinely between company facilities as needed.
