Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing leadership or EHS experience.
• Working knowledge of environmental, health, and safety management systems and regulations.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations, including staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance management to meet business requirements.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring production metrics, improving efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards, customer requirements, and manufacturing procedures.
• Lead environmental, health, and safety programs, including regulatory compliance, risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Develop employee capabilities through training, coaching, qualification programs, and promotion of a strong safety and accountability culture.
