Qualifications

• Proven track record in continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving and multi-priority management under pressure.
• Able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily shift activities including assignments, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Maintain safety culture by enforcing protocols, audits, and hazard mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase throughput, reduce scrap, and improve uptime.
• Oversee quality assurance to meet BOM and specs.
• Mentor direct reports via training and feedback.
• Maintain production logs, timecards, and equipment records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and meet customer needs.
• Maintain 5S compliant workspace and good housekeeping.
