Qualifications

• Associate degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and supply chain operations.
• Experience using systems and tools for production planning, inventory management, and operational analysis.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production teams to meet goals across safety, quality, and productivity.
• Monitor production performance metrics and drive efficiency, reduce waste, minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with quality, operational procedures, and EH&S requirements.
