Job summary

Vibrantz Technologies Milwaukee site seeks a Production and Safety Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and drive environmental, health, and safety performance. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management to meet production goals while upholding quality standards and regulatory compliance.

The role partners with operations and quality teams to optimize processes, reduce waste, and promote a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing leadership, production supervision, or EHS experience.
• Working knowledge of EHS management systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring metrics, improving efficiency, and reducing waste.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and procedures.
• Lead environmental, health, and safety programs including audits, investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop employee capabilities through training, coaching, and safety culture promotion.
