Job summary

Vibrantz Technologies Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Production and Safety Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations and drive environmental, health, and safety performance. The role oversees production personnel, implements EHS programs, and champions continuous improvement to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The position partners with teams and leadership to improve operational performance, product quality, and workplace safety, aligning with company values and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing leadership, production supervision, or EHS experience.
• Working knowledge of environmental, health, and safety management systems and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading teams, coaching employees, and managing performance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations, including staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance management to meet business requirements.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring production metrics, improving efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards, customer requirements, and manufacturing procedures.
• Lead environmental, health, and safety programs, including regulatory compliance, risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Develop employee capabilities through training, coaching, qualification programs, and promotion of a strong safety and accountability culture.
