Job summary

Vibrantz Technologies in Baltimore seeks a Plant Manager to oversee a manufacturing facility, driving safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations that meet production, quality, and delivery goals. You will translate business priorities into actionable short-term plans and optimize resources to strengthen capabilities across the plant.

This role requires guiding experienced professionals, making complex operational decisions, and advancing continuous improvements throughout the manufacturing

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing operations with accountability for production, safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Experience managing production planning, resource allocation, and material requirements within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead professionals and provide direction while enabling independent decision-making and accountability.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities addressing operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall plant operations to achieve safety, quality, production, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Direct production planning and control activities, aligning schedules with material availability.
• Plan and optimize workforce, equipment, and resources to meet production schedules and standards.
• Evaluate processes and implement improvements to enhance manufacturing capability and efficiency.
• Establish and execute plant-level policies, addressing challenges and collaborating across functions.
