This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and a culture of safety and accountability. You will own the department budget, guide staffing decisions, and develop your team through targeted coaching and career growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations, including supervision.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and inspire the team to achieve high-quality performance across shifts.
• Coach for career growth and create clear development paths.
• Own the full employee lifecycle from recruiting to performance reviews.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
