Job summary

ESFM is seeking a Manufacturing and Safety Manager to improve workplace safety and reduce injuries across local units. You will train managers, conduct site visits, implement safety policies, and report on safety performance to strengthen practices and culture.

Relocation is available; candidate must be willing to travel up to 40% and onsite in Florence, KY. Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in safety program implementation is required.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Ability to conduct investigations and evaluations and evaluating cost and risk factors.
• Interprets and applies a variety of laws, rules and regulations.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety inspections and ensure OSHA compliance across units.
• Provide safety and workers’ compensation support through training and site visits.
• Develop and administer effective loss prevention and control programs.
• Monitor injury data and coordinate return-to-work processes.
