• Ensure facilities comply with OSHA and state/federal standards.
• Provide safety and workers’ compensation support through training and site visits.
• Develop and administer loss prevention and control programs.
• Train managers in safe work practices and incident reporting.
• Maintain OSHA recordkeeping and annual safety reports.
• Monitor hazards and coordinate return-to-work processes.
