Job summary

Full Circle Co in Texas is seeking a Safety Manager to lead our workplace safety program in a fast-paced manufacturing and fabrication environment. You will drive compliance with OSHA and applicable regulations, promote a proactive safety culture, and partner with plant leadership to reduce injuries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field with extensive safety experience.
• Experience with OSHA General Industry standards (29 CFR 1910).
• Experience leading safety training programs and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve safety policies, procedures, and training.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct inspections, JHAs/JSAs, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead investigations of injuries, near misses, and incidents; perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain OSHA records (300, 300A, 301) as applicable.
• Develop corrective action plans and track actions to completion.
• Lead safety programs including LOTO, machine guarding, PPE, and emergency response.
• Conduct new-hire safety orientation and ongoing training.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, productivity, and accountability.
