• Proficient in production scheduling, safety procedures, ISO 9001 awareness, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and shop-floor employees.
• Monitor schedules, targets, and deadlines to ensure on-time output.
• Enforce safety policies and manufacturing standards (OSHA, ISO 9001).
• Coach and evaluate employees; manage attendance and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Operations to meet goals.
• Identify process improvements, waste reduction, and productivity increases.
