Job summary

Vibrant Works in Texas is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the safety and health program across manufacturing and facilities. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, HR, and Facilities to support safe, reliable operations, including employees who are blind or have low vision.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, incident investigation, and knowledge of OSHA standards. You will drive risk reduction, conduct risk assessments, and implement training and emergency plans across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, EH&S, or related field.
• CSP or ASP certification preferred; OSHA 30 preferred.
• At least five years of safety experience in manufacturing.
• Experience creating accessible training for diverse abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company-wide safety and health program and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Report leading and lagging indicators and drive risk reduction.
• Deliver safety training, including accessible materials for employees who are blind or have low vision.
• Maintain SDS, inventories, and injury records; coordinate reporting.
• Lead emergency plans, drills, and evacuation procedures.
