Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist to lead JHAs, audits, and corrective actions on the production floor. You will investigate incidents, support zero-injury goals, and contribute to the Facility Safety and Environmental Plan.

In this role, you will track safety metrics, perform PSSR/MOC assessments, maintain training records, and deliver safety trainings. A strong communication style and OSHA/EPA knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience applying OSHA and EPA regulations in an industrial setting.
• Ability to develop and implement EHS programs and policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to communicate safety concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct JHAs, ergonomic assessments, compliance audits, inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in incident investigations, root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Support injury prevention initiatives and foster a zero-injury culture.
• Develop, implement, and review Facility Safety and Environmental Plan annually.
• Track and communicate safety metrics using company reporting systems.
• Perform PSSR and MOC assessments.
• Maintain EHS training records and compliance documentation.
• Be visible on the production floor to identify hazards and correct them timely.
• Develop and deliver safety trainings and new employee orientation.
• Support safety committees, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate contractor approval, onboarding and oversight.
• Respond to injuries, spills, emergencies and support drills.
• Coordinate with emergency response agencies.
• Support Tier II, SWPPP, SPCC and monthly environmental compliance activities.
• Maintain audit readiness and document retention.
• Manage safety vendors, supplies, and procurement.
• Lead and support EHS improvement projects.
