Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.**Job Description:****Description of Duties:*** Conduct job hazard analyses (JHAs), ergonomic assessments, compliance audits, inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed.* Participate in incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective and preventive action programs through closure.* Support injury prevention initiatives and help foster a strong safety culture focused on achieving zero injuries.* Assist with the development, implementation, and annual review of the Facility Safety and Environmental Plan.* Track, analyze, and communicate safety performance metrics using company reporting and database systems.* Perform PSSR and MOC assessments.* Maintain required EHS training records and compliance documentation.* Maintain a visible presence on the production floor by identifying hazards and ensuring timely correction.* Develop and deliver safety training programs and new employee orientation.* Support safety committees, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement initiatives.* Coordinate contractor approval, onboarding, and oversight.* Respond to workplace injuries, spills, and emergencies and support emergency drills.* Coordinate with emergency response agencies.* Support Tier II, SWPPP, SPCC, and other monthly environmental compliance activities.* Maintain audit readiness and document retention.* Manage safety vendors, supplies, and procurement activities.* Lead and support EHS improvement projects.**Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:*** Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual Spanish preferred.* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.* Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and professionalism.* Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.* Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.* Ability to implement company policies and EHS programs.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.**Preferred Qualifications:*** OSHA 511, OSHA 30, or equivalent certification.* CPR and First Aid certification.* Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Risk Management experience/coursework.**Physical Requirements:*** Stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift.* Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.* Work in climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled environments.**Compensation Range:**$23.25-28.19\\*Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and other factors**Equal Employment Opportunity**MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
