Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, ME, EE, CS, or related field.
• 4+ years hands-on robotics in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong capability in FANUC and UR robot programming.
• Experience with robot simulation software.
• Solid knowledge of robot kinematics and motion control.
• Experience with EOAT selection and integration.
• Familiarity with ISO 10218 and RIA 15.06 safety standards.
• U.S. Person due to access to controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate industrial robot and cobot applications from concept to production deployment.
• Develop, optimize, and debug robot programs including motion planning and safety configurations.
• Specify, select, and integrate EOAT including grippers, sensors, and tooling.
• Design and manage robot cell layouts with safety enclosures and infrastructure.
• Implement and verify safety functions (STO, SLS) per standards.
• Develop simulation models to validate reach, cycle time, and collisions.
• Configure robots for application‑specific software, hardware, and peripherals.
• Develop internal standards for robotic system design, programming, safety, and integration.
• Collaborate with controls, mechanical, and production teams for seamless integration.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field
