Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a Senior Robotics Engineer for Manufacturing Automation to design and deploy advanced robotic cells across production lines. You will select, program, and integrate industrial robots and cobots from FANUC and UR, optimize motion, safety, and EOAT, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment.

This role requires 8+ years in robotics within manufacturing, strong knowledge of ISO 10218 and safety functions STO/SLS, and experience

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on robotics and automation in manufacturing.
• Proficient programming and commissioning FANUC/UR robots.
• Knowledge of robot safety standards and EOAT selection.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and deploy industrial robot/cobot applications from concept to production.
• Develop robot programs, motion planning, safety configurations, and vision-based guidance.
• Specify EOAT, grippers, sensors, and tooling for automation cells.
• Design robot layouts, safety enclosures, and necessary infrastructure.
• Verify safety functions (STO, SLS) per standards, and run simulations to validate reach/cycle time.
