Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience with automation focus.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software, preferably NX or similar.
• Solid DFM/DFA knowledge applied to automated production.
• Familiarity with robotics, CNC machining, additive manufacturing, automated inspection.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated solutions for production processes from concept to production.
• Drive DFM/DFA to enable high-rate production readiness.
• Audit current production capabilities to identify throughput and cost improvements.
• Design and implement robust, efficient automated manufacturing processes.
• Specify, procure, and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Create manufacturing documentation: work instructions, flow diagrams, control plans.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate new manufacturing technologies and automation methods.
• Manage projects on process improvement, automation, and capacity expansion.
• Provide technical support and train production staff on new processes.
