You will source through diverse channels, build pipelines, and track hiring metrics to optimize recruitment impact in the local market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Experience in manufacturing or large workforce environments preferred.
Proven track record in high-volume shop-floor recruitment.
Experience hiring staff and technical positions.
End-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Experience in fast-paced factory start-up or ramp-up environments is a plus.
Strong recruitment process knowledge for manufacturing settings.
Ability to source via multiple channels and build pipelines.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for the manufacturing facility.
Cover shop-floor and staff/technical roles.
Fulfill manpower needs within timelines with plant leadership.
Source candidates through portals, agencies, referrals, walk-ins, local sourcing, and direct approach.
Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.
Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns for shop-floor hiring.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future needs.
Oversee offers, pre-employment, onboarding, and documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
Support employer branding and local recruitment campaigns.
