Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year minimum of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, or logistics environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing and technical positions (Production Operators, Process Operators, Maintenance Technicians).
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partner with HR, hiring managers, and plant leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate all logistics for the company's bi-weekly two-day new hire orientation program.
• Track recruiting metrics, maintain candidate records, and assist with Talent Acquisition and HR projects.
