Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience recruiting across production, skilled trades, engineering, and leadership roles.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with high-volume hiring and hard-to-fill positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offers and onboarding.
• Recruit across production, skilled trades, engineering, and leadership roles.
• Build candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill openings.
• Coordinate interviews, evaluate candidates, and support negotiations.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
