Job summary

You will partner with operations leadership to forecast hiring needs, source candidates, screen, interview, and extend offers while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ recruiting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting in production/manufacturing roles.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, technical and leadership roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates; build talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and extend offers; ensure a positive candidate experience.
