Job summary

Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to support manufacturing operations across the United States.

You will attract, source, and hire for high-volume positions such as welders, assemblers, and material handlers, building strong partnerships with hiring managers to deliver rapid staffing results. The role emphasizes a fast-paced environment, strategic talent planning, and full-cycle recruiting expertise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume production environments.
• Proven success recruiting hourly manufacturing talent.
• Experience using ATS to source, track, and report candidate activity.
• Strong sourcing across job boards, social media, referrals, schools, and community initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, operations, and corporate roles across multiple facilities.
• Lead high-volume recruiting for welders, sewers, assemblers, machine operators, production associates, and warehouse staff.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals and time-to-fill targets.
• Build talent pipelines via sourcing, partnerships, schools, events, and community outreach.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and HR to understand workforce needs and provide market insights.
• Maintain recruiting activity across multiple requisitions and timelines.
• Utilize ATS to source, track, and communicate with candidates throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure data accuracy in candidate records, requisitions, and metrics.
• Monitor performance metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance.
• Participate in job fairs, events, and talent attraction activities.
• Strengthen Lippert's employer brand in local manufacturing communities.
• Develop bilingual recruiting strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and hiring policies.
