Job summary

Steves & Sons is seeking an experienced Recruitment Compliance Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, and compliance initiatives for our manufacturing workforce. This hands-on leadership role combines sourcing, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and workforce planning to ensure consistent, well-documented practices across our hourly production and skilled-trades teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing environments
• 2+ years leading recruiters or recruiting programs
• 2+ years of compliance experience
• Experience recruiting hourly production, supervisory, and plant-leadership roles
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday/UKG/ADP/iCIMS) and recruiting metrics

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for recruiting and onboarding activities in manufacturing operations
• Lead recruiting strategies for hourly production, skilled-trades, supervisory, and plant-leadership positions
• Coach and support recruiting team members and monitor performance metrics
• Involve in sourcing, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and difficult-to-fill searches
• Partner with HR and operations to forecast staffing needs and set hiring priorities
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume and specialized roles
• Oversee documentation to ensure compliance and timely hiring decisions
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve candidate experience
