Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent with 5 years in manufacturing quality
• 3–5 years troubleshooting and supporting manufacturing test equipment
• Experience with QA/NPI quality projects and process improvement
• Experience interpreting data to solve problems with statistical methods
• Exposure to Lean manufacturing principles and cross-functional teams
• Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills for leadership reporting

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test methods to enhance capabilities for new models and improve outgoing quality via test firewalls
• Drive improvement projects through CIB processes and analyze test codes for leak, flow, wattage, resistance, Hipot and other tests
• Provide first response to production issues related to test equipment and coordinate with shop ops to maintain equipment
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment and spare parts to minimize downtime and ensure quality testing
