Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Electrical, CIM, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical) or equivalent 5 years’ manufacturing quality experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a high-volume manufacturing/operations or quality role.
• Experience with manufacturing quality/NPI quality projects and process improvement.
• Experience interpreting data to solve problems with statistical analysis.
• Exposure to Lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new and improved test methods for better capability and outgoing quality.
• Drive improvement projects through the CIB process and write/analyze test codes for leak, flow, wattage, resistance, Hipot and related tests.
• Lead project teams around Test System improvement goals and maintain test equipment integrity.
• Provide first response to production issues and maintain partnerships with shop operations to reduce inefficiencies.
