Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline; equivalent 5 years of manufacturing quality experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years in a high-volume manufacturing/quality role.
• Experience with quality/NPI projects and data-driven problem solving.
• Familiarity with Lean principles and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality test manufacturing systems, test loops and final product testing.
• Analyze test data and drive improvements to testing processes and equipment.
• Coordinate with shop operations to maintain equipment uptime and reduce downtime.
• Support calibration, maintenance and spare parts programs for test equipment.
